Looking to make the most of the time serving your Lodge as an officer? Attend one of the Charges to learn more about how you can best serve in your leadership role to benefit your Lodge. There will be new programs and revised programs for your enjoyment and edification. Attire is casual (no shorts or flip flops).

Items to bring: The purple Etiquette book, Code Book, the Ritual, and note taking implements. Many items are available for order at the Grand Lodge office and often are available online.

Location: The Jennings McCall Center, Jefferson Room, 2300 Masonic Way, Forest Grove


  • An informal gathering will be held on Friday evening (7 p.m.) before each Charge to meet with the Grand Master and other attendees.
  • Saturday sessions run from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. A light breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. and lunch will be available at 12 p.m. (at no cost to the attendees).

To encourage officer participation , the Grand Lodge will reimburse up to $100 toward one night’s hotel stay for those traveling 50+ miles to attend. A hotel receipt must accompany the request for reimbursement and should be mailed to the Grand Lodge office (attn: Officer Charges).
